What this preview stores
Without a connected backend, saved places, language preference, reservation enquiries, business drafts, uploaded draft photos and availability settings are stored in your browser’s local storage. They are not submitted to VisitHoima. Avoid entering sensitive information on a shared device.
Your controls
Remove saved places using the heart buttons. To delete all locally stored VisitHoima data, clear this website’s site data in your browser settings. Local drafts are not synchronised across browsers or devices.
When sign-in is connected
If a Supabase project is configured, email authentication is handled by Supabase. Signed-in business submissions are stored in that project and protected by database access policies. A complete controller identity, retention policy and privacy contact must be published before collecting live visitor or business information.
Maps and external services
The interactive map loads OpenStreetMap tiles. Your IP address and map requests are shared with the tile provider. Location access is optional and requested through your browser only when you choose “Near me”. Your coordinates are used on your device to position the map.
Directions open Google Maps. Where a published business has a phone or WhatsApp contact, selecting that contact opens the relevant external service. Their privacy policies apply to your use of those services.
Payments and analytics
This preview has no payment processing and no visitor analytics tracking. Dashboard statistics do not represent live traffic. Do not enter payment details into any preview form.
